Do you publish fixed prices?+
No. Every proposal reflects the property, its condition, materials, access, timing and the level of care required.
Can you care for a property while the owner is abroad?+
Yes. Remote ownership is one of our priority service scenarios. We agree access, reporting and the required readiness standard in advance.
Where do you work?+
Our verified operating area is Pula and locations within approximately 30 km, subject to the property profile, scope and schedule.
